These fine quality, hand-crafted training sticks make an ideal addition to any Irish stick fighter's collection. For use as a trainer or a walking aid, they are truly ideal for a robust training session or a brisk stroll. Whereas a heavier stick can be a serious means of self-protection, these sticks are designed to both fast and durable. All of our sticks are cut, shaped, sanded with 13 different grits, and then a minimum of 3 treatments with a special oil to protect and preserve the quality of the wood. These fine quality trainers are hand crafted and made to order. Available in a variety of woods, sizes, shapes, and price ranges.
